How do I create an account?
To create an account on the Innova marketplace you need to download the Neuro-Access app on your smartphone and apply for a digital ID.
Once you have your digital ID you can log in to Innova Marketplace by scanning the login QR-code with your Neuro-Access app.

How does the payment process work?
All projects can be purchased with traditional payment cards, crypto wallet (USDT/USDC), or mobile payment (Pix).
Please note that not all banks accept purchases in currencies that are not native to them, so we recommend using your banks primary currency if possible.
We are currently experiencing some delays from our Pix service provider that could result in longer lead times.
How do I see the projects I have purchased?
Any project you have purchased will show up in your Portfolio, which you can see by selecting "Portfolio" in the dropdown menu under your profile picture in Innova Marketplace.
After you purchase a project you can sign the project contract with your Neuro-Access app in order to connect the project to your digital ID. If you do not sign you can always do it later from the Portfolio. Any projects you have not signed yet will be highlighted at the top.
